Dr. Jen has worked for Sylvania Veterinary Hospital since she graduated the University of Missouri -Columbia in 1995. (Go MIZZOU!)
Her areas of special interest are internal medicine, endoscopy, oncology and operating the blood bank at SVH.
She is a proud member of a national veterinary response team (NVRT) which deploys in times of national disasters. In addition, Dr Jen has developed a local disaster animal response team (DART) which covers seventeen counties in Northwest Ohio.
Dr. Jen was born in St. Louis and is an avid St. Louis sports fan. She truly believes that ONE day in her lifetime the St. Louis Blues will win the Stanley Cup! She has adopted the Buckeyes as her second favorite team behind her beloved Mizzou Tigers. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends on Anna Maria Island Florida. In addition, she enjoys fly fishing , soccer, reading and traveling.
